On December 26th 2009, Dave Coey granted permission on behalf of Mexican Gunfight to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
I am a founding member and authorized representative of the musical
groups Nine Days Wonder, Renegade Saints, Kerosene Dream, Dave Coey
and the Tremor Guild, and Mexican Gunfight. I hereby grant consent
to Live Music Archive to archive recordings of live performances of
the aforementioned musical groups for public download and
noncommercial, royalty-free circulation.
These groups have always been in favor of noncommercial, royalty-free
circulation of recordings of their live performances. We feel it
generates interest about the bands in ways that our commercial
releases do not.
